These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by White Cliffs Detailing ("we", "our", or "us"). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Appointments can be made by phone, email, social media, or our website.

Bookings are confirmed once a date and time have been agreed.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking.

As a mobile detailing service, customers must ensure:

• Safe access to the vehicle.
• Adequate working space around the vehicle.
• Permission to work at the location.
• Access to electricity if required (unless otherwise agreed).

If access is unavailable upon arrival, a cancellation fee may apply.

Customers should disclose any existing issues before work begins, including:

• Paint damage
• Deep scratches
• Previous body repairs
• Ceramic coatings
• Mechanical faults
• Electrical issues
• Loose trim or damaged components

White Cliffs Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects that become more visible after the vehicle has been cleaned.

Please remove all valuables before your appointment.

We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

Prices advertised are starting prices only.

Final pricing depends on:

• Vehicle size
• Vehicle condition
• Level of contamination
• Pet hair removal
• Excessive soiling
• Additional requested services

A final quote will be confirmed before work begins.

Payment is due immediately upon completion unless agreed otherwise.

We accept:

• Bank Transfer
• Cash
• Card (where available)

Late payments may incur additional charges.

Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice will not incur a charge.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged up to 50% of the booking value.

Failure to attend ("no-show") may result in the full booking fee being charged.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to:

• Severe weather
• Illness
• Vehicle breakdown
• Circumstances beyond our control

As we are a mobile business, some services cannot be completed safely during heavy rain, snow or extreme weather.

Where necessary, appointments will be rearranged at the earliest opportunity.

Where ceramic coatings, sealants or paint protection products are applied:

• Cure times must be followed.
• Aftercare instructions must be observed.
• Failure to follow our aftercare guidance may affect product performance or durability.
• Results may vary depending on the age and condition of the vehicle.
• Some scratches, swirl marks, stone chips and paint defects cannot be safely removed without compromising the clear coat.

Any durability estimates are based on correct maintenance and regular washing. Warranty claims may be refused where aftercare instructions have not been followed.

We use professional products and equipment to achieve the best possible results.

Some stains, odours, mould, spills and signs of wear may be permanent and cannot always be fully removed.

We cannot guarantee complete removal of:

• Dye transfer
• Bleach damage
• Burn marks
• Ink stains
• Chemical staining
• Embedded pet hair
• Permanent odours

Vehicles containing excessive mould, bodily fluids, needles, faeces or hazardous waste may be refused.

Additional charges will apply where specialist cleaning is required.

Customers should inspect the vehicle before we leave.

Any concerns should be raised immediately so we have the opportunity to resolve them.

While we always strive to achieve the highest standard, detailing results vary depending on the vehicle's age, condition, previous repairs and maintenance history.

Our liability is limited to the total value of the service provided.

White Cliffs Detailing is not liable for:

• Existing scratches, dents, chips or paint defects.
• Mechanical failures.
• Electrical faults.
• Rust or corrosion.
• Stone chips.
• Poor previous repairs or repainting.
• Manufacturer defects.
• Damage caused by weakened, deteriorated or previously repaired paintwork, trim or components.
• Pre-existing damage that becomes more noticeable after cleaning.

We may photograph vehicles before and after detailing for marketing purposes.

If you do not wish your vehicle to be photographed, please let us know before work begins.

Vehicle registration numbers will be obscured unless you have given permission for them to remain visible.

Gift vouchers:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Must be used before the expiry date.
• Are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work where:

• A vehicle presents a health or safety risk.
• Customers behave abusively or aggressively.
• Unsafe working conditions exist.
• Services requested could damage the vehicle.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
